Our organization is 100% run, controlled and represented by disabled people.

We have expertise, or are interested in cooperating with other organizations, in the areas of:

Accessible public transportation.
Assisting persons with intellectual disabilities.
Awareness raising.
Children with disabilities.
Coalition building and networking.
Computers and disability.
International development and disability.
Legislation.
Media work.
Self-advocacy.
Universal design.
We are always looking for great presenters to talk about the International Disability Rights Movement.

We have cooperated with organizations in other countries before:

DREES is one year old as of January 1,1998. Mr. Connally, DREES President was closely associate with the late Ed Roberts and the World Institute on Disability. DREES looks forward to expanding cooperation with sister groups in other countries
