To be a resource allocator and advocate, the first of its kind, for the Disabled Native American population in the United States. Bryan Eaglehelper is riding his powerchair to nearly all of the 562 American Indian reservations/communities in the United States. He is advocating for Independent Living Centers, better medical equipment and treatment, and for funding for assistive technologies for disabled Native Americans.
