Founded as an independent nonprofit vision rehabilitation in 1965, Seattle-based Community Services for the Blind and Partially Sighted works with individiuals, families and communities to restore, maintain and enhance the independence and well-being of people with impaired vision, and specializes in working with age-related vision loss. Programs include counseling; safe travel and independent living training; low vision clinic; volunteer services; education, information and referral; assistive technology center; and adaptive aids sales, including an online store with hundreds of products for living with vision loss and secure transactions at www.sightconnection.com
