Provide quality sports training and competition opportunities
for individuals with cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries and
survivors of stroke.
The association is responsible for conduct and administration of
approved sports in the United States. The association
formulates the rules, implements policies and procedures,
conducts national championships in 12 sports, disseminates
safety and sports medicine information and selects the
athletes to represent the United States in international
competition.
The association is a member of the U.S. Olympic Committee.
